ABOUT DIATOMACEOUS EARTH
Diatomaceous earth is a natural, sediment-based powder made from the fossilised remains of diatoms, tiny single-celled algae that lived in ancient waters. Under a microscope, each particle is a tiny porous shell. It’s naturally made up largely of silica, one of the most common minerals on earth.

Only food-grade diatomaceous earth is suitable for eating. It’s different from the industrial and pool-filter grades, which are heat-treated and not for consumption. Heavenly Gut Scrub uses food-grade diatomite only.

HOW TO USE

  • Mix 1 teaspoon into a glass of water once a day.
  • Start with a smaller amount and build up gradually.
  • Best taken on an empty stomach, and drink plenty of water through the day.
  • Stir gently and avoid breathing in the dry powder.

CHOOSE YOUR SIZE

  • Mini, 75g: approx. 1 month’s supply, depending on use
  • Regular, 175g: approx. 3 months’ supply, depending on use
