PUMP & PRAISE Refund and Event Policy

All ticket sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges under any circumstances, including illness, travel disruption, scheduling conflicts or forgetting to use a promotional code at checkout, we cannot add these retrospectively.

PUMP & PRAISE is open to girls aged 7+

Please note that anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult (18+) and supervised at all times. Organisers cannot take responsibility for unsupervised children.

We cannot admit male attendees of any age or girlies under the age of 7.. Tickets purchased in error are non-refundable, so please ensure you meet the eligibility criteria before booking.

IMPORTANT TICKET INFORMATION – Please read carefully before purchasing

By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Communication & Ticket Delivery

  • Our system issues tickets, event details, and all essential updates automatically via email. By opting out of communications, unsubscribing, or failing to opt in at checkout or sign in, you acknowledge that you may not receive your ticket, event information, or any important updates.
  • We are not responsible for any missed communications due to your email preferences, spam filters, incorrect email entry, or failure to engage with our communications. Your order will remain valid regardless.

Event Changes

Secret Location Events Only

  • For events marketed as “secret location” or similar formats, we reserve the right to amend event details at any time, including but not limited to venue, date, time, lineup, or format.
  • In such cases, tickets will remain valid and no refunds will be issued.

Standard (Non-Secret Location) Events

  • For all other events, if we make a material change to the date, time, or venue, you will be eligible to request a refund within a specified notice period (48 hours from notification).
  • Failure to request a refund within this timeframe will be deemed as acceptance of the updated event details.

General Clause

  • Minor changes (including but not limited to schedule adjustments, lineup changes, or event format) do not qualify for refunds under any circumstances.

Booking Responsibility

  • You are responsible for ensuring you have received final event details before making any travel, accommodation, or related arrangements.
  • We are not liable for any external costs incurred due to changes or delays in event information.

No Exceptions Policy

  • Failure to receive emails, lack of awareness of updates, or personal circumstances (including scheduling conflicts, travel issues, illness, or change of mind) do not qualify for a refund under any circumstances.

Non-Refundable Policy

  • All tickets are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable, except in the event of cancellation due to circumstances fully within our control.

Right to Refuse Claims

  • By completing your purchase, you waive the right to dispute, chargeback, or claim a refund on the basis of missed communications, unawareness of event details, or changes outlined above.

PUMP & PRAISE Merchandise

Pick-Up Policy

Free pick-up is available only at selected event locations and dates.

Please ensure you can attend the corresponding event date and time before selecting this option. All events can be found on www.pumpandpraise.com. 

If you are unable to collect your order, please email team@pumpandpraise.com to:

  • Arrange collection at a future event or
  • Switch to delivery (standard delivery fee £7.99 applies).

Instructions and payment details will be sent via email before dispatch.

Damaged Items Policy

If your item arrives damaged, please take a clear photo of the packaging and the damaged item within 48 hours of delivery and email this to team@pumpandpraise.com.

A member of our team will review the images and assist with your query.

If your claim is approved, we will provide a tracked return label for you to send the item back to us. The item must be returned within 3 working days of the return label being issued and must be returned in its original packaging for the claim to be accepted. Failure to return the item within 3 working days of the return label being issued will incur a fee of £5 to have a new return label generated.

The return label will need to be printed and securely attached to suitable return packaging (this can be the original bubble mailer packaging the item was sent in, or another envelope/box of your choice that safely protects the item during transit).

Once the item has been received and inspected, we will be able to offer either:

An exchange (subject to stock availability), or

A full refund excluding shipping costs.

Please note, this may take up to 10 working days.

If you no longer have the original packaging or are unable to return the item, we may still be able to offer a partial refund, at the discretion of our team.

Please note: If we do not receive the returned item within the required timeframe, we will unfortunately not be able to issue a refund or replacement.

Delivery Policy

All merchandise sales are final and non-refundable.

If your item arrives damaged, you must provide clear photographic evidence within 24 hours of delivery, along with your order number via email. Our team will assist with a replacement if applicable.

Once shipped, tracking information will be provided.

We are not liable for missing or lost parcels.

Pre-Order Disclaimer

Please note that this item is available on pre-order. The pre-order notice is clearly stated within the product description, and customers are responsible for checking this information carefully before completing their purchase.

All pre-order purchases are non-refundable, as the item is secured specifically for you once the order has been placed.

Any dates provided are provisional estimates only. While we aim to dispatch items within the stated timeframe, delivery may occur sooner or later depending on production and shipping timelines. Customers will be kept updated with any changes or important updates regarding their order.
