Terms of Service

By purchasing a ticket to and/or attending PUMP & PRAISE, you agree to the following terms:

1. Health & Safety Disclaimer

PUMP & PRAISE is a faith-based fitness class designed to combine movement, music, and faith in a high-energy wellness experience.

Please note that participation in any physical activity carries inherent risks. By attending, you confirm that you are fit, healthy, and able to take part in physical exercise.

Due to the active nature of this event, it may not be suitable for individuals with existing injuries or health conditions. By choosing to attend, you acknowledge that you are participating voluntarily and at your own risk.

If you are unsure about your ability to safely participate, we strongly recommend consulting a medical professional before attending.

2. Female-Only Event

PUMP & PRAISE is a women-only event. Entry will only be granted to individuals who identify as female (from birth). We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone who does not meet this criterion.

3. Media Consent

By attending the event, you acknowledge and agree that photos and videos may be taken throughout. These may be used for, but are not limited to, promotional, marketing, and social media purposes.

Your attendance constitutes consent to be filmed and/or photographed.

4. Refund Policy & Important Ticket Information

By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Communication & Ticket Delivery

  • Our system issues tickets, event details, and all essential updates automatically via email. By opting out of communications, unsubscribing, or failing to opt in at checkout or sign in, you acknowledge that you may not receive your ticket, event information, or any important updates.
  • We are not responsible for any missed communications due to your email preferences, spam filters, incorrect email entry, or failure to engage with our communications. Your order will remain valid regardless.

Event Changes

Secret Location Events Only

  • For events marketed as “secret location” or similar formats, we reserve the right to amend event details at any time, including but not limited to venue, date, time, lineup, or format.
  • In such cases, tickets will remain valid and no refunds will be issued.

Standard (Non-Secret Location) Events

  • For all other events, if we make a material change to the date, time, or venue, you will be eligible to request a refund within a specified notice period (e.g. 48 hours from notification).
  • Failure to request a refund within this timeframe will be deemed as acceptance of the updated event details.

General Clause

  • Minor changes (including but not limited to schedule adjustments, lineup changes, or event format) do not qualify for refunds under any circumstances.

Booking Responsibility

  • You are responsible for ensuring you have received final event details before making any travel, accommodation, or related arrangements.
  • We are not liable for any external costs incurred due to changes or delays in event information.

No Exceptions Policy

  • Failure to receive emails, lack of awareness of updates, or personal circumstances (including scheduling conflicts, travel issues, illness, or change of mind) do not qualify for a refund under any circumstances.

Non-Refundable Policy

  • All tickets are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable, except in the event of cancellation due to circumstances fully within our control.

Right to Refuse Claims

  • By completing your purchase, you waive the right to dispute, chargeback, or claim a refund on the basis of missed communications, unawareness of event details, or changes outlined above.

5. Entertainment Purposes Only

PUMP & PRAISE events are designed for entertainment purposes only. We are not medical professionals and do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or cures.

6. Participation at Your Own Risk

All attendees participate voluntarily and at their own risk. By joining the event, you confirm that you are fit and able to take part in physical activity. If you have any health concerns, injuries, or medical conditions, please consult with a qualified healthcare provider before attending.

7. No Liability

The organisers, instructors, and venue accept no responsibility for personal injury, illness, loss, or damage to property incurred before, during, or after the event. Attendees are responsible for their own well-being at all times.

8. Under 16s

PUMP & PRAISE is open to girls aged 7+

Please note that anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult (18+) and supervised at all times. Organisers cannot take responsibility for unsupervised children.

For health and safety reasons, children under the age of 7 are not permitted to attend our events under any circumstances. This includes babies or infants in carriers, prams, or straps. Unfortunately, entry will be refused if attendees arrive with children under 7.

 

9. Worship & Workout Wednesdays

General

All subscriptions, memberships, and bookings are non-refundable.

Pay-As-You-Go Bookings

  • All Pay-As-You-Go bookings must be made in advance and apply to the upcoming Wednesday session only.
  • Bookings are non-transferable and cannot be moved to another week.
  • Refunds will only be issued if a class is cancelled by the organisers due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Classes and bookings are subject to availability and capacity.

Memberships

  • Memberships include the same conditions as PAYG.
  • Members may bring one friend free of charge once per month, starting from the membership start date. Guest attendance must be confirmed in advance to ensure capacity.
  • Membership is zero-commitment and can be cancelled at any time.
  • If any class(es) are cancelled by the organisers, a pro-rata refund will be issued.
  • Classes are non-transferable and cannot be carried over into the following month.

Eligibility

  • Open exclusively to females (born female) of all ages (minimum age 7+).
  • Participants under 16 must be accompanied and supervised by an adult (18+)and hold a valid ticket.
  • Organisers cannot accept responsibility for unsupervised children.

Health & Safety

  • Attendees must be fit and healthy to participate.
  • Participation is at your own risk. Organisers are not liable for any injuries that may occur during classes.
  • Sessions are for entertainment purposes only, not medical or professional advice.
  • Please seek medical clearance before attending if you have any health concerns.

10. Prizes, Goodies & Giveaways Terms

Use at Own Risk. Any food, drinks, goodies, or products provided at PUMP & PRAISE events are enjoyed at the attendee’s own risk. The organisers are not liable for any issues, reactions, or adverse effects that may result from their use or consumption.

Right to Cancel. PUMP & PRAISE reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or cancel any prizes, goodies, or giveaways at any time without prior notice.

Claiming Prizes. If you win a prize or giveaway at a PUMP & PRAISE event, you must contact us at hello@pumpandpraise.com within 14 days of the event to claim it. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the prize.

Complimentary gifts are offered at our discretion and may be amended or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.

All prizes must be collected/claimed within 30 days from the event date.

Non-Transferable. Prizes, goodies, and giveaways are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or alternatives.

11. Pick Up Policy

Free Pick Up is available at selected event locations and dates only.

Please ensure you are able to attend your chosen event, pickup location and time before selecting the “Pick Up” option at checkout.

If you are unable to collect your order due to missing or being unable to attend the event, please contact us at team@pumpandpraise.com to arrange an alternative collection at a future event or to switch to delivery.

If you choose to have your order shipped instead, a shipping fee of £7.99 will apply. Instructions and payment details will be provided via email before dispatch.

If you are unable to collect on the specified date, your bottle may be held for collection at a future PUMP & PRAISE event — date and location to be confirmed.


PUMP & PRAISE — Vendor Terms & Stall Policy

By purchasing a PUMP & PRAISE vendor package and proceeding with your attendance, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms. These are in place to ensure a smooth, professional and excellent experience for our team, the venue, our vendors and our attendees.

1. Payments & instalment plans

Full payment, or the agreed deposit, is required to secure your booking. Spaces are limited and allocated strictly on a first come, first served basis.

Where an interest-free instalment plan has been arranged, all payments must be made in full and on time. As we are required to commit to venue and event costs on your behalf in advance, failure to complete your payments by the agreed dates may result in the forfeiture of your space, and any amounts already paid are strictly non-refundable. PUMP & PRAISE will not be held liable for any loss resulting from missed or late payments.

2. Setup & arrival

  • Vendors must arrive no later than 1 hour before the event start time. The earliest arrival time will be provided no later than 3 working days ahead of the event.
  • All stalls must be fully set up at least 15 minutes before doors open.
  • Late arrival may result in loss of stall placement without refund.
  • Vendors must set up and pack down within the timeframes communicated and leave their space clean and as found.

3. Stall management & staffing

  • Vendor stalls must be supervised at all times by a member of the brand's team.
  • All stall packages include access for two team members. Additional staff can be added for an extra fee per person.
  • Any electrical equipment brought on-site must be safe and, where applicable, PAT tested.
  • PUMP & PRAISE accepts no liability for loss, theft, damage, or forgotten items left at the venue.

4. Display guidelines

  • Banners, backdrops or pull-ups must not exceed 85cm x 200cm.
  • Any additional display items must be approved in advance.

5. Branding, logos & promotional deliverables

  • Any logo featured on PUMP & PRAISE social media or on-screen graphics must be supplied as a transparent PNG or vector file.
  • Logo inclusion applies to Instagram Story posts and applicable on-screen graphics only, unless otherwise stated.
  • When opting in for add-ons — such as (but not limited to) social media promotion, feed posts, on-screen graphics or banner space — vendors must supply all requested files (e.g. logo, graphics, images) within 48 hours of request, or by the stated deadline.
  • Failure to return the requested files in time may delay your promotion, and your content may not be posted if the scheduled posting deadline is missed. As promotional posts are scheduled around the event, PUMP & PRAISE cannot be held liable, and no refund will be issued, where a missed deadline prevents an add-on from being delivered.

6. Content capture (photography & videography)

  • Professional photography and videography may be captured using a variety of devices, during the natural flow of the event. We cannot guarantee a specific number of shots or particular angles.
  • Raw photo and video files (where applicable) will be shared within 3 working days of PUMP & PRAISE receiving content from the photographer/videographer.
  • Editing, posting or usage beyond what is stated in your package is at the discretion of PUMP & PRAISE.

7. Social media promotion

  • Any dedicated Instagram feed post included in a vendor package will be created in line with PUMP & PRAISE's brand aesthetic.
  • Content mock-ups will be shared with the brand for approval prior to posting.

8. Speaking & demonstrations

  • Any speaking or live demonstration segment must not exceed 5 minutes and is scheduled at the organiser's discretion around the wider event programme.
  • Content must align with the values of PUMP & PRAISE and remain appropriate for a faith-led audience.

9. Products & sales

Products sold on-site must not include:

  • Alcohol
  • Cigarettes or vaping products
  • Items containing profanity, offensive language or inappropriate content

PUMP & PRAISE reserves the right to request removal of any product deemed unsuitable.

10. Food vendors (additional terms)

Food vendors are granted permission to sell food and non-alcoholic beverages only for the duration of the event. The event operates on a flat stall fee basis only — no commission or percentage of sales is taken, and all profits are retained entirely by the vendor.

All food vendors must:

  • Hold valid Food Hygiene Certification and comply with all local authority regulations;
  • Provide proof of public liability insurance;
  • Meet all health, safety and environmental health requirements;
  • Ensure all food is prepared, stored and served in accordance with UK food safety standards.

PUMP & PRAISE accepts no liability for any vendor's failure to meet these legal and regulatory obligations.

11. Vendor documentation requirements

Due to the venues we work with and their individual requirements, all vendors must provide certain documentation ahead of each event. This may include, but is not limited to, valid Public Liability Insurance, food handling certificates, and food hygiene certificates (where applicable to your products or services).

Please note that venues may request additional documentation ahead of an event at their own discretion. As these requirements are set by the venue and outside of our control, PUMP & PRAISE accepts no liability where a vendor is unable to provide the documentation requested. If you are unable to provide, obtain, or meet any required documentation, we are unable to cancel, refund, or transfer your slot.

We strongly recommend checking that you have, or can obtain, all necessary documentation before booking, so you can meet the venue's requirements in good time. All required documents must be submitted by the deadline communicated for each event.

Failure to provide the required documentation within the requested timeframe may result in the loss of your allocated spot. In such cases, any payments made are strictly non-refundable, as your space will have been held and reserved on your behalf.

If you're unsure whether a particular document applies to you, please ask before booking — we're always happy to confirm exactly what's needed for your stall.

12. Attendance & footfall

PUMP & PRAISE attracts women travelling nationwide and internationally and promotes its events extensively; however, exact attendance numbers cannot be guaranteed. Vendor packages provide exposure opportunities only — sales are not guaranteed as a result of participation. Factors outside our control, such as weather, travel disruption or illness, may affect attendance, and no refund or compensation will be due on this basis.

13. Liability

Vendors are solely responsible for their own products, stall, staff and belongings. PUMP & PRAISE accepts no liability for any loss, theft, damage or injury to vendor property, staff or customers arising from a vendor's products or activities. Vendors agree to indemnify PUMP & PRAISE against any claims arising from their participation.

14. Cancellations & refunds

  • All vendor fees are non-refundable, except where PUMP & PRAISE cancels the event due to circumstances beyond our control.
  • If an event is cancelled by us, vendor bookings will be transferred to the next available PUMP & PRAISE event.
  • Should any part of a vendor package be unable to be delivered or completed, a pro-rata refund will be issued within 60 working days.
  • All vendor stall fees are strictly for the confirmed event date and are non-refundable and non-transferable. If a vendor is unable to attend for any reason — including but not limited to personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts or unforeseen events — the fee will not be refunded, credited or transferred to another event or individual.

15. General

  • Vendors must comply with venue rules, health & safety regulations, and staff instructions at all times.
  • Vendors are expected to conduct themselves professionally and in keeping with the faith-based, family-friendly ethos of PUMP & PRAISE.
  • Failure to comply with these terms may result in removal from the event without refund.

By proceeding with your booking and attendance, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Delivery Policy

All merchandise sales are final and non-refundable.

If your item arrives damaged, you must provide clear photographic evidence within 24 hours of delivery, along with your order number via email. Our team will assist with a replacement if applicable.

Once shipped, tracking information will be provided.

We are not liable for missing or lost parcels.

Express Tracked Delivery (1–2 Working Days)

Orders placed before 12 PM are dispatched same day. Orders after 12 PM dispatch next working day.

Please ensure your name, address and contact details are entered correctly at checkout. 

If delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete information, or missed collection attempts, the order must be returned to us before it can be resent. This process may take up to 15 working days.

A reshipping fee will apply of £9.99 for UK orders.

We will contact you via email to confirm payment and updated delivery details before re-shipment.

Pre-Order Disclaimer

Please note that this item is available on pre-order. The pre-order notice is clearly stated within the product description, and customers are responsible for checking this information carefully before completing their purchase.

All pre-order purchases are non-refundable, as the item is secured specifically for you once the order has been placed.

Any dates provided are provisional estimates only. While we aim to dispatch items within the stated timeframe, delivery may occur sooner or later depending on production and shipping timelines. Customers will be kept updated with any changes or important updates regarding their order.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Complimentary Items & Add-Ons

Complimentary items are offered one per person, on a first-come, first-served basis.

They cannot be transferred to another event or redeemed later.

Complimentary gifts are provided at our discretion and may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

By purchasing tickets or merchandise, you acknowledge and agree to all terms above.

The complementary towel is exclusively for PUMP & PRAISE attendees and are subject to availability. Arrive early to avoid disappointment. One towel per person. Towels which are not collected at the respective event can be shipped out with a fee of £4.99. Please email team@pumpandpraise.com where a member of the team will be able to assist you further with receiving your towel via delivery.

PUMP & PRAISE — Equipment Hire Terms & Service Policy

By reserving, hiring or using any PUMP & PRAISE equipment ("the equipment") — including but not limited to mats, resistance bands, and any other items offered for hire — you ("the hirer") agree to the following terms. Please read them in full before booking.

1. Hire only
The equipment is offered for hire only for use at the relevant PUMP & PRAISE event. All equipment remains the property of PUMP & PRAISE at all times. Hiring equipment does not transfer ownership and is not a purchase.

2. Return on the day
All hired equipment must be returned at the end of the session on the day of the event, to a PUMP & PRAISE team member at the designated collection point, before you leave the venue.

3. Equipment taken away / not returned on the day
If any hired equipment is taken away or is not returned at the venue on the day, you must:

  • notify us immediately at team@pumpandpraise.com and return the equipment to us by tracked, insured postage at your own cost, within 7 days of the event; and
  • provide a valid tracking number as proof of postage.

If the equipment is not received back within 7 days, or adequate proof of tracked postage is not provided, you will be charged the full replacement price of the item(s) hired, as notified to you at the time of booking.

4. Damage, loss or excessive wear
All equipment must be returned in the same clean and undamaged condition in which it was hired. If any hired equipment is damaged, soiled beyond normal use, or lost, you will be charged the full replacement price of the affected item(s), as notified to you at the time of booking. Normal, reasonable use during the session is expected and is not chargeable.

5. Charges and payment
Any replacement or non-return charge becomes payable on demand. By reserving equipment you authorise PUMP & PRAISE to request and collect this charge where these terms are not met. Replacement charges are separate from, and additional to, the original hire fee.

6. Availability
Equipment hire and stock are strictly limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Reserving early is recommended. We reserve the right to substitute any item with one of equivalent quality where necessary.

7. Hygiene and personal use
For hygiene reasons, equipment is cleaned between uses. We recommend you bring your own towel and water bottle. You use the equipment at your own discretion and are responsible for using it appropriately during the session.

8. Health, safety and participation
Participation in the session and use of any equipment is at your own risk. You confirm you are physically able to take part, and you are responsible for exercising within your own limits and seeking medical advice beforehand if in any doubt. PUMP & PRAISE, its team, instructors and the venue are not liable for any injury, illness, loss or damage to personal property arising from your attendance or participation, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law. The event is for ladies only, aged 11+; attendees under 18 participate under the responsibility of their parent or guardian.

9. Cancellations and refunds
Equipment hire fees are non-refundable in the event of non-attendance or late cancellation. If the event is cancelled by PUMP & PRAISE, hire fees paid will be refunded.

10. Liability cap
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with equipment hire shall not exceed the hire fee paid by you.

11. Acceptance and changes
Completing an equipment-hire reservation confirms your acceptance of these terms. We may update this policy from time to time; the version in force at the date of your booking applies.
