Shipping policy
At PUMP & PRAISE we currently ship only to the United Kingdom.
United Kingdom Shipping Policy:
• Tracked Standard Delivery (3–5 Working Days): Orders will be delivered within 3-5 working days.
• Express Tracked Delivery (1–2 Working Days): Orders placed before 12 PM will be processed the same day and delivered within 1 working day. Orders placed after 12 PM will be processed the next workign day and delivered within 1-2 working days.
Please ensure that all shipping details — including name and delivery address — are entered correctly at the time of purchase. We cannot be held liable for any failed or delayed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer. If you fail to receive your order as a result of details being inputted incorrectly, or not receiving your order due to missed delivery attempts, we will need to wait for Royal Mail to return the item to us before our logistics team can assess the order and arrange for it to be re-sent. This may take up to 15 working days from IV Thirteen receiving your order back.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, a reshipping fee will apply:
- £9.99 for UK orders
Customers will be contacted via email to arrange payment and confirm updated delivery details before the item is re-sent.
