Cancellation policy

PUMP & PRAISE MEMBERSHIP TERMS

1. Membership Access

Your membership gives you access to the classes, events, content and other membership benefits included in the membership plan you choose at checkout. These may include, but are not limited to, classes, events, online sessions, on-demand content, community experiences, member-only offers, resources and other benefits that we may introduce from time to time.

The specific inclusions, limits and benefits of your membership are those set out at checkout and form part of your agreement with us.

Membership is personal to you. You may not share, transfer or resell your membership, login details, class credits or other membership benefits. We reserve the right to cancel a membership that has been shared, transferred or resold without refund.

2. Payment

Your membership will automatically renew and bill on the payment cycle shown at checkout, using the payment method you provide.

Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your full card details.

Your first payment is taken when you purchase your membership and recurring payments will continue automatically until your membership is cancelled.

You are responsible for keeping your payment details accurate and up to date. If a payment fails, we may retry the payment and may pause your membership access until payment is successfully received. Repeated failed payments may result in your membership being cancelled.

3. Cancelling Your Membership

Unless your membership plan states otherwise, memberships are rolling and may be cancelled at any time.

Please give us at least 14 days’ notice before your next billing date by contacting us in writing at TEAM@PUMPANDPRAISE.COM or through your member account.

Cancellation will stop future payments but does not automatically refund payments that have already been taken. You will normally retain access to the membership benefits you have paid for until the end of your current paid membership period.

Where a membership plan has a minimum term, cancellation will take effect at the end of the applicable minimum term.

If you purchased your membership online, you may have a 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you asked us to begin providing the membership service during this period and then cancel, we may charge a proportionate amount for the service already provided, where permitted by law.

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

4. Membership Freezes

You may request a temporary freeze of your membership due to circumstances such as injury, illness, pregnancy or extended travel.

Freeze requests are considered at our discretion and must be made in writing at least 14 days before your next billing date.

Any applicable freeze period, conditions or limits will be confirmed by us.

5. Class Credits

Where your membership includes class credits, those credits may only be used in accordance with the membership plan selected at checkout.

Unused class credits do not roll over into a future membership period unless your plan specifically states otherwise.

Class credits have no cash value, are not refundable and cannot be exchanged for money or other benefits.

6. Prices

We may change membership prices from time to time.

Where we increase the price of an existing membership, we will provide at least 30 days’ written notice before the new price takes effect.

You may cancel your membership before the new price applies.

7. Timetable, Content & Membership Benefits

We may make changes to the timetable, instructors, class formats, venues, events, online sessions, on-demand content and other benefits included within a membership.

We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes where reasonably possible.

Occasional class or event cancellations may occur due to instructor illness, venue availability, operational requirements or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We may also introduce, remove or change membership benefits from time to time.

8. Health & Safety

The health and safety terms applicable to PUMP & PRAISE classes and events also apply to your membership.

You should seek appropriate medical advice before participating to check your ability to safely exercise.

You are responsible for informing us or the relevant instructor of anything that may affect your ability to participate safely.

If you have any concerns about your ability to exercise safely, you should seek appropriate medical advice before participating.

If you are pregnant, postnatal, recovering from an injury or have a medical condition or other health concern that may affect your ability to exercise safely, you should seek appropriate medical advice before participating.

You must tell us promptly if your health or circumstances change in a way that may affect your ability to participate safely. This responsibility continues for as long as you remain a member.

You accept that physical activity and exercise involve inherent risks, including the risk of injury.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Your statutory rights are unaffected.

9. Online Content

Online and on-demand content included within your membership is provided to you for your personal, non-commercial use while your membership is active.

You must not record, reproduce, copy, share, distribute, resell, publish, publicly display or otherwise make our membership content available to anyone else.

Unauthorised sharing or use of membership content may result in your membership being suspended or cancelled without refund.

Your access to membership content ends when your membership ends, unless we expressly state otherwise.

10. Conduct

We want PUMP & PRAISE to remain a safe, welcoming and positive community.

We may suspend or cancel a membership without refund where a member behaves in a way that is unsafe, abusive, threatening, discriminatory, inappropriate or seriously disruptive to other participants, instructors, staff, venue partners or the wider PUMP & PRAISE community.

11. Your Data

We process information including your contact details, payment records, attendance, emergency contact information and, where provided or required for safety, relevant health information to administer your membership, provide our services, keep participants safe and meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Please see our Privacy Policy for further information about how we collect, use and protect your information.

For questions relating to your membership or your data, please contact TEAM@PUMPANDPRAISE.COM.

12. Governing Law

These membership terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction where applicable.
