Friendly Bacteria is a daily food supplement that combines live cultures with prebiotic fibre. Each capsule provides approximately 10 billion colony-forming units (CFU) from a range of well-known bacterial strains, together with fructooligosaccharides (FOS). The delayed-release plant capsule is designed to pass through the stomach before it breaks down.

HOW TO USE
Take 2 capsules daily, preferably in the evening. Avoid taking with hot food or drinks.

Each capsule contains:
• Live culture blend (10 billion CFU) including:
• Lactobacillus acidophilus
• Lactobacillus casei rhamnosus
• Bifidobacterium lactis
• Bifidobacterium bifidum
• Bifidobacterium longum
• Streptococcus thermophilus
• Fructooligosaccharides (FOS)
